Thomas and Uber Cup 2024 Day 6: Quarterfinal results

India suffered massive heartbreaks, as they are now out of both the Thomas & Uber Cup 2024 finals after defeats at Japan per Uber Cup and China per Thomas Cup, respectively.

Meanwhile, Japan and Malaysia are preparing for the anticipated semi-finals at the Thomas Cup. At the same time, China and Japan will contest an Uber Cup semi-final after 20 years.

The China gentlemen, in a monumental feat, will be competing in their 11th semi-final at the Thomas Cup in this century, a record that equals the legendary Indonesia’s. This achievement underscores the magnitude of their performance.

The 2024 Thomas and Uber Cup, officially known as TotalEnergies BWF Thomas & Uber Cup Finals 2024, will be the 33rd edition of the Thomas Cup and the 30th edition of the Uber Cup.
